I defend employers in connection with claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation and other employment-related claims in state and federal courts and before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and other administrative agencies. Additionally, I counsel companies of all sizes on strategies for minimizing the risk of employment litigation. I also assists emerging businesses with the development of employment policies, handbooks as well as executive compensation agreements.I also represent lawyers, real estate professionals and landowners in a broad spectrum of matters ranging from administrative hearings to multi-million dollar trials.
