He provides strategic analysis and recommendations on the direction of technology as applicable to the DOR's business objectives. Provides project management, design and developemnt services to the department.

Mark owned Brainwave Technology Solutions since it began in 2000. He was the sole owner and employee. Mark had several high-profile customers including Genuity and the Mass Dept of Revenue. He merged his business with Stellar Corporation in July 2006, becoming Stellar's CTO and a Principal Consultant.

Time Customer Service is a wholly owned subsidiary of Time Warner.As a Project Manager, Mark was responsible for the design, development and maintenance of mission critical systems, including Billing, Renewal, Magazine Distribution, Order and Payment processes on a variety of platforms. He interfaced directly with internal client departments, executive management and external clients at various Time/Warner divisions including Time Inc in NY and Southern Progress Company in Birmingham AL. Responsibilities included full staff administration (hiring; salary planning; performance appraisal; staff enrichment), meeting project financial and deliverable goals, and managing to a departmental development budget. He worked with executive management in developing portions of the Information Systems Strategic Plan. Mark received numerous corporate awards and regularly achieved annual management award bonuses above 110% of goal.
