• Business operations support and systems administration of Symantec’s customer and partner platforms including product catalog and pricing management.• Lead project analysts responsible for system configuration in Salesforce and Oracle Universal Content Management system (UCM), working with offshore development team to track bugs and issues, developing use cases and test plans/scripts, while leading a team in QA, user acceptance and functionality testing.• Administrator for SymAccount - Symantec’s Enterprise identity application, and MySymantec - an internally developed customer portal for Small and Medium Businesses (SMB). • Liaison to the product teams with responsibility for gathering requirements and configuration of the Product Advisor and Product Configurator tools for product releases and updates. • Managed the Partner Locator module and responsible for technical and user support of the PartnerNet Incident and Service Request Queues. • Generation and tracking of business metrics and creation of web analytics reports for executive dashboards and various business groups.
