Current• Develop and execute operational strategic plans across three business units; First Payment Services, Secure Identity Systems, and B Squared.• Direct daily activities of financial oversight, including management over P&L, operations, HR, sales, and customer service which has dramatically increased profitability by 83% in 2020 from 2019 and another 81% in 2021, garnering back-to-back positions in the Inc. 5000 (The company’s profitability each of the past 6 years under my management has exceeded every year prior to my employment – 9 years). Overall annual profitability is up 570% compared to my predecessors’ performance.• Plan and implement strategic projects including software/system development, product design, and overall technology strategy by working with overseas development teams to product low-cost, high quality software services for our clients.• Constantly evaluate current infrastructure and modify processes and tools to facilitate analytical decisions to optimize the generation of revenue by Partners, Independent Contractors, and Consultants, thus improving operational efficiencies and profitability while continuing to sustain and build upon company growth momentum.• Oversee relations with a distributed workforce, including vendors, contract workers, clients, and outside development partners.• Drive the hiring, onboarding, and training of W2 and 1099 staff, increasing the average length of employment from 8 months to over five years, radically reducing employee churn.
