Responsible for creating and implementing strategic plans for Novum - North America architectural steel fabrication and warehouse operations, as well as, the leadership and oversight of talent acquisition, performance management, talent development, succession planning, leadership continuity, high potential identification and organizational development.

•Talent Management: Develop and execute US and International recruitment strategies and processes; develop and track metrics for gauging the effectiveness of the recruiting process; manage the interview / hiring / orientation process.•Organizational Development: Develop organizational strategies and plans; design effective reporting hierarchies; consult on organizational effectiveness issues; support process reengineering; write job descriptions; establish succession plans; ensure consistent communication and workflow across functional lines and geographic locations.•Performance Management: Develop and implement job performance appraisal system; ensure that performance is evaluated consistently throughout the organization; ensure that compensation is tied closely to performance; determine appropriate salary ranges and bonus compensation; lead the annual review process; address job performance issues; investigate / resolve employee issues.•Employee Development: Implement and oversee training programs and individual development plans, clearly defining the competencies required for promotion; provide leadership coaching to key employees.•Administration: Review and update administrative policies and procedures; design and execute health and benefits strategies; negotiate favorable benefit plans; ensure company compliance with government regulations pertaining to HR. Maintain NUS company organizational chart and report Global Staffing levels to senior management. Develop and implement Workers Compensation case management and strategy, including developing light duty and return to work job descriptions and provide guidance to senior managers on the resolution of complex cases. Administer NUS random drug screening program and manage Affirmative Action Plan (AAP).

Manage the recruiting and selection process for all manufacturing and office personnel.
