I am Chief Operating Officer for RENEWPR, a communications consulting firm that provides senior-level advice, counsel and outreach on strategy, messaging, media and partnerships to alliance, association, coalition, corporation, foundation and non-governmental clients tackling energy, environment and LGBTQ issues and opportunities. I now manage all financial, administrative and marketing functions.

Responsibilities included Calculate complex international itineraries for the Department of State and USAID.Provide support desk duties include reviewing and accepting DOD orders Ensure compliance with DOD policies team productivity and analyze/report savings options to clients. Ensure compliance with government travel policies and procedures. Assist with internal client inquires on questions related to rates, booking and ticketing. Calculate rates and provide support for Millennium Challenge Corp account and tech support for Peace Corp account. Conduct formats and workflow training classes for Secret Service

Responsibilities included calculating complex international itineraries for the World Bank and International Financial Corporation. Ensured proper documentation according to World Bank guidelines. Assisted with internal client inquires on questions related to rates, booking and ticketing and provided support for the VIP desk. Developed and conducted a training program for new hires. Member of the interdepartmental communications group; appointed Webmaster for internal American Express/World Bank Web site.

Trained support staff, supervisor’s assistants and management staff. Reviewed and coached new hire employees to guarantee consistent product delivery. Trained new hire students on GDS Apollo also classes on Unimatic, FastRes, Fast Air, FocalPoint, and Microsoft Office. Created and taught conflict management program for reservation support staff. Developed classroom curriculum and training manuals for International Reservations, Agency Support Desk, and North American Sales. Served as Instructor on International Rates: training included rates, tax law, Lanyon system instruction, Apollo, Sabre, Worldspan, Amadeus format instruction (one of six qualified instructors for the corporation worldwide) GDS Apollo.
