Appointed to transform a programme from a hybrid linear/agile approach to the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe 4.6) construct.The programme is delivering a highly complex IT solution and the transformation includes organisational change, new ways of working, implementation of SAFe 4.6 principles, practices and processes.

Project Manager Appointed to develop and deliver improved Information Capabilities at pace as a Force Multiplier utilising both internal and external resources. This role requires cost modelling, scheduling, resourcing, complex analysis and excellent project management skills in order to determine the most effective method of delivery to performance, cost and time.

Senior Manager and Implementation Manager - Customs Compliance Team.This role consisted of two main aspects and was a deliverable project under a wider programme of activity. Appointed to develop and implement new policy, process and procedures to comply with extant UK and EU customs legislation. The implementation role also included the development and delivery of a bespoke IT system that would improve customs compliance and efficiency. The other aspect of this role was to lead and manage a team of 10, provide expert advice and guidance to both employees and the wider customer community balancing their expectations against regulation and legislation.

Appointed to provide expert logistical guidance on Defence policy, UK legislation and Health & Safety advice to Defence organisations worldwide on subjects such as safe loading operations by all modes of transport, safe environment, documentation requirements, cross border protocols, UK and International transport and movements’ requirements and audit to ensure compliance with Defence regulations and civil Health & Safety legislation.

Appointed to deliver expert corporate national and international travel advice and plan the movement of complex groups and individual movement. In addition managed 6 civilians and 12 military personnel.

Appointed to deliver all aspects of transport and movement capability for Defence across North West Europe, the Low Countries and neighbouring countries as required. Including the development of complex plans and timely communication of the arrangements both verbally and written. In addition managed 2 civilian and 8 military staff.
