This includes multiple Fortune 100 enterprise organizations across the telecomm, healthcare, retail, and insurance industries.

In this role, my area of leadership responsibility was reduced due to the merger of Product Support Solutions with Eckoh. However, as in my previous role, I had full responsibility for all aspects of the project delivery: scope, timeline, budget, quality assurance, customer engagement and communication, and service delivery team leadership.

In this role, Product Support Solutions was transitioning to become fully integrated with Eckoh, and I retained the responsibilities I had previously as Director of Project Management and PMO. While continuing to focus on the legacy PSS service deliveries, additional product and service delivery projects from the Eckoh portfolio (PCI descoping and compliance and secure payment collection) were added to my book.
