Taught young adults preparing for internships in large companies the fundamentals of project management. We combined instruction on the fundamentals as outlined in PMI/PMBOK, in-class exercises, discussion and team projects. The employers where these students subsequently worked consistently praised their project management abilities.

I worked with the director for sub-Sahara Africa as we led the annual conference and prepared for some leadership transitions.

Teaching adult education class on Excel. I particularly enjoy teaching this topic in a classroom as it allows for a much more "hands on" instruction style. Excel is a tool which can do far more, far more easily, than most of us experience. It is always a pleasure to help others get past the challenges and to leverage the fuller tool set.
