As CEO of Pomeroy Pacific, I lead the strategic direction and operation of the business. Pomeroy is a multi-faceted development advisory business, first established by Dug Pomeroy OAM, my father, in 1970. In 2020 we celebrated our 50th anniversary recognising our involvement in over $26 billion of property-related matters over our history.With 40 live development projects currently underway, Pomeroy is fortunate to be across multiple sectors including multi-unit residential, office, retail, industrial, land sub-division, build-to-rent, leisure and hospitality. Our capital advisory business also continues to prosper as we approach $1 billion in debt solutions having been secured for our clients in the last 2 years alone.Since its inception, the Pomeroy business has been built upon a foundation of achieving excellence. Our collective mindset is that “you are only as good as your last project” and this drives the team to ensure each and every project is delivered to the highest standard. As CEO, I am proud of our reputation as a company that consistently extracts maximum value, whilst managing and mitigating key project risks. I am highly driven and passionate about my role and seek to motivate and mentor our people to become industry experts for their personal benefit and that of our clients. I am always striving to achieve perfection, but not perfection itself. No one is perfect and there is always room for improvement.
