-Create air export shipments in SAP based on information provided by customer care in the delivery notes and send booking requests to freight forwarders to arrange pick up and secure flights with the airline. Coordinate communication between freight forwarders, site personnel, and customer care.-Manage export documents (invoice, packing list, etc.) and send to the freight forwarders.-Update SAP system air waybill and flight info. Investigate delayed shipments and notify customer care of issues and updates.-Initiate and process air rate quote requests and record the savings vs. contract rates with self-initiated rate quotes yielding savings of over $44,000.-Maintain spreadsheet reports of air and ocean export delays/issues. Generate pivot tables and charts detailing the number and types of issues by site, carrier, and responsible party.

I have been electronically producing original dance music and remixes since late 2010. Provide daily reports to site personnel and customer care on critical rail car shipments.-Investigated delays and work with rail roads to resolve issues including coordinating special trains or switches when needed.-Managed the rail GPS program, identifying non-working or missing units and coordinating their replacement. Maintained database of all GPS units and their rail car assignments. GPS efforts revealed widespread issues prompting actions that reduced the program's monthly cost from over $700,000/month to less than $200,000/month.-Produced daily TSA report for toxic and poison inhalation hazard rail cars in high threat urban areas
