We also provide Private Trust Funds for the hedge fund and private equity market. These trusts are used by investment managers to provide unique investment strategies for their high net worth, accredited and qualified investors. Alta Trust acts as the directed trustee and custodian and provides a sophisticated and flexible platform for managers to deliver investment strategies to their clients. We provide a turnkey set of documents that are modified by specialized trust and SEC attorneys. We also deliver a trading platform through prime brokers and custodians, produce financial reports, coordinate audits, pay trust expenses and handle all subscriptions and redemptions to the trust.

I was the President and majority owner of Compass Investment Partners and its predecessor companies. Compass was a fee-based financial advisory firm with clients in the Pacific Northwest. We managed a book of qualified retirement plans and high net worth clients for whom we provided discretionary investment management and fiduciary oversight. Concurrently, I was also a partner in Pension House which was a record keeping and TPA firm that provided a daily valuation platform and administration services for company retirement plans.
