I am the Managing Director and Principal Engineer of RPC Telecommunications Ltd. in the UK and Director and Principal Engineer of RPC Telecommunications Asia Pacific Pty. Ltd. in Australia. I have substantial professional experience in the satellite telecommunications industry since 1983. I am very experienced in the spectrum and interference management, international and national regulation and frequency coordination of satellite telecommunications networks. I am an expert on the Radio Regulations and associated procedures of the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) and, on behalf of a number of national telecommunications administrations and satellite operators, have been responsible for making and coordinating ITU satellite filings and providing representation at an international level. As Managing Director of RPC Telecommunications Limited, I have overseen the ongoing growth of the company since its formation in 1993 and have managed projects for a wide range of clients, contributing to RPC Telecommunications' international reputation in its field.
