In my previous role as the Senior Operations Manager at The Co-op, I was responsible for driving the performance and engagement of 800 colleagues who served 20,000 clients in the West and Central Division of Coop Funeralcare. I also implemented organisational design changes that involved people, technology, and process improvements. I am passionate about coaching and developing my teams, and I have a certification in Managing Experienced Managers from LinkedIn.
