As a Helpdesk Support Engineer at GRC Ltd, I lead and execute the day to day running of the Network Monitoring Centre (NMC) which provides support for a portfolio of products and services in the satellite and IP communications sector. I have a wealth of experience in troubleshooting and problem solving, with a track record of developing and implementing solutions based on existing and re-occurring issues. I have repeatedly proven my ability to build new customer relationships and develop existing business. Other responsibilities I hold within the company are Security Controller responsible for Facilities, IT support, Quality, Standards & Training.I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team, where I can leverage my skills and expertise to contribute to the company's vision and goals while continuing to learn and innovate.
