Continuing with the design and build heritage of the parent organization we provided direct to owners complete redesign/replacement of mechanical and electrical building infrastructure to reduce energy and the carbon footprint in conformance with LEED guidelines.The pilot or test for this project was a $6.2M construction renovation that we had 24 days from award to completion. Work was 24/7, I was the co Project Manager.The group I lead sold and executed over $125M with an average 44% GM in mechanical design and build projects with a focus on energy in the design process. This performance resulted in the addition of another $225M added to our pipeline. My goals totaled less than $20M at a 35% GM. The Project Manager for the owner was moving us to another project of similar scope but a $650M budget when I left.

I was able to rapidly rectify most of those issues and lead the effort to make a large OEM software and com sale ($14M) to York International, not yet a unit of Johnson Controls. Revenues from this sale and the newly inspired IFO network lead to record operating results. -
Vice President Global Sales & Marketing, Managing Director ApacKmc Controls 1992 - 2002The organization at this time was split into two companies with largely the same ownership, KMC the controls manufacturing unit and Krueter Engineering which focused on related control sales, tracked vehicles and specialty munitions. I dealt with it all generating substantial growth in both units. When I arrived KMC was $7.7M business. I was able to get the product mix expanded and generated 6 years of a 62% CAGR and four more years with a CAGR of over 20%. Through Krueter Engineering I lead the move into Asia, South America and EMEA generating very significant results. In 2002 the US EPA requested that I address a United Nations symposium on Green House warming and explain how some of our unique products were changing the world of refrigerate control and helping save the environment.
