I am currently developing an upgraded version of the "Cockpit" tool. This is a dashboard that shows supporting and informational applications for the air traffic controllers (ATCO’s). The Cockpit tool was build several years ago in Oracle Apex 3.2 and needs to be upgraded to meet the requirements for upgrading the database. While upgrading the Apex environment, I also have to renew several parts of the underlying JavaScript code, because some parts have incompatibilities with the newer Apex version. Besides upgrading the Cockpit tool, I am also updating the ATCO briefing tool to meet the new standards and requirements of the organization. Additional to updating the ATCO briefing tool, I am developing a new application with functionalities to monitor and assess the ATCO’s trainers.
