Pup & Kit is an exciting new brand of stylish and innovative pet products for the home, aimed at making the lives of pet owners that little bit easier and creating premium products that are loved by pets! With little change or innovation in the pet accessories market, we're passionate about doing things differently and bringing a freshness to the industry.As Pup & Kit's founder and champion, my work is to identify the value that we can offer pawrents and to deliver that value in an efficient way. I drawdown daily on my experience founding and growing baby brands The Little Green Sheep and Snüz, in order to plan and implement strategy across all areas of the Pup & Kit business.The foundations for Pup & Kit have been securely laid. We have a carefully curated range of unique and premium offerings, including PetNest, the UK's first bedside pet bed! The brand has positioned itself well online and also within independent pet retailers, with new exciting product launches to come in 2024 along with a ramping up of marketing activities.

I founded organic baby brand The Little Green Sheep in 2007. After working at Johnson & Johnson, I saw an opportunity for a baby sleep brand with natural credentials, launching the UK's first Soil Association organic baby mattress made without foams or fire-retardant chemicals. Soon after, co-founder Paul Maurice joined the business and together with his product expertise and my brand and marketing skills we grew The Little Green Sheep to become the UK leader in natural baby sleep. During this time, and like many entrepreneurs, my role was broad and changed many times! In 2013, Snüz, our stylish baby furniture brand launched and went on to achieve huge success. Snüz's hero product, SnüzPod, still today is the UK's best-selling bedside crib and provided the platform to build out the Snüz brand into one of the UK's leading baby furniture and bedding brands.My roles as Marketing and Finance Director were both very different but extremely rewarding at the same time. Running the finance team was a privilege and a huge responsibility, something I did until 2017 when Roger Allen joined as CEO. My role as Marketing Director continued on, managing both The Little Green Sheep and Snüz brands until September 2021. During this time the brands both saw consistent double-digit yoy sales growth, key brand-supporting product launches, retailer activations with the likes of John Lewis, strong e-commerce website performance, successful social media and PR strategies and the odd re-brand or two! I exited the business having achieved so much more than that of my original vision back in 2006, and probably more importantly, got to work with fantastic people who as a team helped bring my vision to life.

Customer Marketing Executive, managing accounts such as Co-op and Iceland. After fighting off competition to secure a highly coveted graduate role at Kerry Foods, I soon discovered that the corporate life wasn't for me and I wanted to implement my ideas sooner rather than later. So, to my Mum's horror (and eventual unwavering support I must add), I quit the stability of my graduate role and started organic baby brand The Little Green Sheep.
