Over my years of experience as a Financial Advisor, I've come to understand the best advice is simple, from the heart and based on the perspective of the client. I look to my grandmother and others that I've met over my life and I share those experiences and wisdom. I think it's been a successful approach.I have a wide range of clients in terms of their backgrounds and their needs. I'd like to be known as someone you can trust because I think the best way to help people is if they feel confident. Clients often hear me talk about what they have accomplished, what they have accumulated beyond finances and maybe most importantly how to look for positives in any given environment. We are strongest when we are positive.I've built my practice living in Ohio but everyone who knows me understands my love for Oklahoma. I grew up in rural New Jersey and I've now lived the longest right here in Ohio. When it was time for college, all I really wanted to do was go west. I wanted a blank canvas so to speak. A place where I could explore and hopefully find things or ideology that might be better than what I already knew. I think I was more than successful in my choice. What I found beyond the blank canvas was a friendly culture curious about my background. To take advantage of this I was willing to absorbed the rich Oklahoma culture. They trusted me and in return I learned the value of loyalty. Over the years living in Ohio I've been able to continue to expand my Oklahoma connections. I'm a named contributor to the university's National Championship Softball Complex slated to break ground the summer of 2022. I am also the President of the OU Alumni Clubs of Ohio and I am proud to claim that of the 10 Big XII universities, only the University of Oklahoma and West Virginia University have clubs in all 3 of Ohio's great cities. I've been a guest at an Ohio State fundraising society before the Columbus Ohio State/Oklahoma football game. I was able to share a list of commonalities between these two great programs and states. Interestingly, the first governor of Oklahoma, Charles Haskell, was an Ohioan. Additionally, the first president of the University of Oklahoma, David Ross Boyd, was also an Ohioan. I love these connections. It's leveraged my Oklahoma and Ohio experience and I'd like to think I help connect people and show them what we all have in common. Thanks for reading this and ...
