Provide strategic business analysis, project management and technical implementation to Webtrends customers. Provide best practice advice, technical support and process management from the initial definition of project scope through to the development, design and integration of technology.

Customer success champion; working across all business units to ensure customers get value from the products and services provided. Provide technical support to triage and manage consultancy and helpdesk resources to resolve business as usual optimisation issues.

Manage the scoping and subsequent delivery of configured software solutions. Involved from the point of pre-sales demonstrations to requirements analysis exercises, producing cost estimates and then managing the development and implementation and finally user training for the system.
