Senior Staff Assistant
Current• Collaborate closely with the Support Services Manager in operating the daily workflow of four departments through managing staffing and coverage for over 50 employees, delegating tasks and duties, and overseeing time-off requests.• Manage the onboarding of new employees and providers, which includes providing them access to materials and resources and assigning any required trainings as needed.• Monitor employee compliance requirements, including online training courses, certifications, immunizations, and respirator fit testing.• Oversee all aspects of facility, engineering, IT (Information Technology), and supply matters for the medical office.• Coordinate all logistics for in-person and virtual meetings, interviews, large conferences, and facility events.• Review and correct employee timecards for payroll purposes, while also tracking their attendance and coaching them on proper clock-in and clock-out practices.• Process and maintain time-off requests for physicians and other providers, in addition to managing physician on-call schedules.
