Reporting directly to the Office Of the Chief Financial Officer Senior Director of Finance and Revenue Cycle. Responsible for overall strategy, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of the change management, organizational development, and learning efforts across the Patient Revenue management teams in Admitting, International Center, Patient Accounts, Patient Financial Services, Patient Billing Service and Physician Billing Department. Partners with leadership to provide strategic guidance and implementation support for business-critical projects. Support the impact of strategic planning for process improvement and performance management. Facilitates the Finance New Employee Learning onboarding training, workgroups and coaches staff at all levels ensuring quality project implementations.

As a trainer my responsibilities are to direct the learning across six Patient Revenue departments, a team of 600 employees across multiple locations, 25 job functions, 17 end user applications, supporting a 9 billion in net revenue yearly. Collaborating with teams to create strategic learning and organizational development programs for leadership development, change management, process improvement, performance management and coaching by facilitating improvement of learning solutions. My team identifies developing technologies to ensure the organization engagement in learning activities.

As a patient account representative our objective is to assure productivity is consistent with the established standards & policies necessary to resolve insurance and patient balances. Daily activities include the practice of follow up and collections techniques to ensure optimal reimbursement and the highest quality of patient service in accordance with the departmental mission and goals.
