Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Director, the primary responsibilities include:• Design and layout of electronic and print materials for all programs and events (flyers, posters, banners, collaterals, logos, invitations, postcards, newsletters, newspaper ads, etc.) • Carrying design and web projects from concept to completion while adhering to the brand standards • Maintaining CCU’s branding so it remains consistent and is used properly by external parties or remote groups, working closely with the Marketing and Communications Director • Assisting Marketing and Communications Manager with creative concept and collaterals • Design and layout of presentations for events • Maintenance of CCU website and subsides.• Management and design of CCU’s internal digital signage • Managing and assisting with the print of internal and external pieces• Monitoring and assigning tickets on the marketing ticketing system

I was offered the position of Administrative Resident Assistant following my work the previous year with the department. Instead of having responsibility relating to a specific floor my focus shifted to the entire male resident hall, answering to the Hall coordinator. The position still required interpersonal and team skills but has a specific focus on organisational and administrative leadership.

I was one of seven new hires in the residential staff. My specific responsibilities related to my own floor with both interpersonal skills and administrative development. This job led to my following position as an Administrative Resident Assistant.
