During my career, I have worked with global organizations with revenues ranging from $300M to $160B. Industry experience includes automotive, financial services, insurance, life sciences, logistics, retail, utilities, and US Public sector. Those broad experiences provided me with a unique perspective on leadership. I have worked with hundreds of leaders worldwide and led global organizations with more than 1,500 team members. This experience and extensive research enabled me to publish The Leader With A Thousand Faces (available on Amazon). The book describes the journey we all experience and gives perspectives to consider before you need the answers.I work with American Corporate Partners on a pro bono basis. ACP provides coaching and mentoring support to service members as they transition into the civilian workforce. I also volunteer for the National Medal of Honor Museum. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
