About Moshe (Mark) Rayman

With over 25 years experience working at major Wall Street financial institutions (Barclays, Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch), i bring my management, problem solving, team building, engineering and programming skills to implement and deliver effective solutions to the challenges of the day. My most recent experience has been with Deep Learning (python, tensorflow), transcription (Kaldi, Azure/CRIS) and AWS.I helped found and then headed up the Barclays Israel development center, where we recruited developers and engineers to work on Barclays technology projects globally. I recruited and built teams for big data, caching, storage and automation engineering, and various application development teams. At Barclays I also met with numerous Israeli tech startups, to vet their products for potential use in Barclays globally, as well as to recruit them to participate in Barclays accelerator programs world-wide.Back in the states I developed deployed and managed low latency market data delivery platforms and managed market data production teams as well.
