About Mark Bissell

I am the co-founder of Project Softskills, a startup dedicated to educating project managers on the critical role of soft skills alongside established frameworks like PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile, and Scrum. As a business-oriented IT/IS Manager and Senior Project Manager, I bring over 30 years of experience from the Manufacturing and Housing sectors.Throughout my career, I have leveraged soft skills to successfully deliver and direct IT projects within complex business environments. Today, I focus on creating training courses for Project Softskills, aimed at enhancing collaboration, productivity, and quality in project management. My mission is to help project managers and their teams unlock their full potential and achieve project success for the stakeholders they serve.
