RESIDE Property is a partnership created to provide housing options to developmentally disabled adults in Green Bay who might otherwise have difficulties renting for a variety of reasons. Currently, the partnership operates one 8 unit apartment building that rents exclusively to adults with disabilities and/or the company (Improved Living Services, LLC) that provides residential supportive living services to these individuals. As the managing member, I am responsible for the leasing, maintenance, financial, recordkeeping and reporting needs of the partnership.

Reporting to the Owner / President. Responsible for all aspects of accounting for the business as well as owner’s 4 other private companies while remaining in compliance with GAAP and Wisconsin’s Provider Agency Audit Guide. Handled all collecting, disbursing, and reporting of client spending monies. Prepares and analyzes monthly financial statements for agency and each contract source. Manages all facets of annual audit, working closely with external auditors. Supervises office staff. Responsible for company’s computer network administration along with its internal and external web presence.

Reporting to the Owner / President. Responsible for all aspects of accounting for the business, including A/P, A/R, GL, inventory, cash management, tax reporting, payroll, etc. while in compliance with GAAP. Prepares and analyzes monthly financial statements. Supervises office staff of three. Assists in interviewing and hiring of office staff. Performs all human resource functions including 401(k) and benefits administration. Helps to establish policies and new practices that will ensure the company’s growth and continued success. Handles customer complaint issues. Responsible for company’s computer network administration.

Reporting to the Manager, Cost Accounting. Maintains cost standards in the company’s AS/400 accounting system. Identifies costs and sets prices for boats and service parts. Prepares monthly closing journal entries to account for inventory and various accrued expenses. Develops reporting procedures and designs new spreadsheets to assist management in tracking costs.
