As a result, my tenure at jobs tend to be longer than average.PASSION -- I’ve been working in SEO / Digital Marketing since 1999 when I built websites using notepad and Frontpage. The industry has always captured my attention and passion with its dynamic nature and speed of innovation. Digital Marketing moves at the speed of ideas and I cannot imagine doing anything else for a career. I oversaw the SEO & Lifecycle teams. Combined, these two teams encompassed ~100 employees. I originally built, then directly led the SEO team for ~5 years. I also supported the creation of the CRO team. My tenure at Tinuiti was just over 10 years.THE SEARCH AGENCY -- I headed up SEO Delivery on the Earned Media team at The Search Agency. I was also at one point a Group Account Director and before that, the head of SEO Architecture which was responsible for technical SEO. My tenure at TSA was ~7 years.
