Following the sale of Legal & General Franchising Ltd to the Martin & Co group, took up the position of Head of IT. Responsible for the digital requirements of both the group head office in Bournemouth and the 300 odd network of franchised branches across the UK. Key responsibilities include the delivery and integration of software for the network, web functionality and major IT projects for the group.

Responsible for the network of 50+ franchised sales & lettings branches across the South of England trading under our 3 brand names. Special interest in recruitment of new franchisees, driving business levels within the exisiting offices and integration of IT at all levels throughout the company. Overall responsibility for brand marketing at all levels and selection of external companies to work alongside our franchisees and ourselves to deliver outstanding results.

Employed to launch their new one stop shop centre encompassing Estate Agency, Building society counter & Financial Services in one high street location. Launched their Edgware store then moved on to open Watford.

Watford, Hertfordshire

Employed to manager the sales division of the flagship Watford office of this successful Estate Agency chain. General responsibility for achieving sales target and managing all sales staff within a busy branch.
