I have 15+ years of experience leading sustainable, impact, and ESG investment programs and business divisions, with a particular focus on climate change. I hold an M.B.A. from London Business School, a B.S. from Wake Forest University, and recently completed Harvard's Sustainability Leaders Executive Education program.I am currently a Managing Director and the Director of Sustainable & Impact Investing at Glenmede - leading a group responsible for the development of new investment capabilities, ESG and impact reporting, and deepening of relationships with clients and industry partners.Before this role, my career includes leading ESG integration at J.P. Morgan, leading manager research at Flat World Partners, and extensive experience working with corporations and institutions globally on sustainability policies. I am on the Sustainability leadership committee of the CFA Society and a Board member of a national inclusion focused non-profit, alongside membership in SASB, PRI, and GIIN.
