With 30+ years of progessive law enforcement ranks/assigments engaged, since 2015, I have lead and have oversight of 270 staff comprised of 205 sworn law enforcement officers, 15 part-time sworn officers and staff, and 50 professional support personnel for Greenville Police Department, North Carolina 3 divisions – Field Operations, Criminal Investigations and Administrative Services - responsible for 20 functions as a full-service nationally CALEA accredited police department serving a community of 90K+ residents.Our focus is on community policing, crime reduction, crash reductions, crisis management and business acumen involving budgeting, compliance/audits and continuous process improvements to deliver an exceptional quality of life to the residents we serve.Collabortive relationship building and outreach with both our residential and business communities is the cornerstone of our success.
