Played key leadership and transitional role in M&T Bank's merger with Wilmington Trust. Now manage M&T Bank's Commercial Banking operation in the Delaware Region, including primary responsibility for Business Development and Credit Administration.

Established the initial M&T Bank presence in Delaware by opening a standalone Commercial Banking office in Wilmington. Responsible for Business Development and development of critical community relationships for the Bank. Also responsible for direct Relationship Management for Middle Market clients in Delaware.

The American Red Cross prevents and alleviates human suffering in the face of emergencies by mobilizing the power of volunteers and the generosity of donors.Not For Profit Board Member since 2003, serving various roles including Vice-Chair, Treasurer, and Chair of the Financial Development Committee. In these previous roles, oversaw successful fundraising campaigns and special events targeted for both disaster preparedness and specific local and national events. As Chairman, responsible for coordinating and engaging the Board of Directors in advising and supporting the work of the American Red Cross of the Delmarva Peninsula.

Played various roles over 11 year career with Mercantile, which was later acquired by PNC Bank. In Regional Executive role, had primary responsibility for all sales activities in the Cecil County, MD and New Castle County, DE markets, including Commercial Banking, Retail, Consumer Mortgage, Treaury Management, and Wealth Advisory. Also served as member of the Bank's Strategic Planning, ALCO, and Senior Loan Committees.
