Created a monthly operational model for upper management to forecast staff billability and indirect cost structures. Restructured and streamlined monthly project invoicing data flow and processes, linking Dynamics AX data to Excel PowerPivot, saving over 80 hours monthly and greatly reducing the chance of erroneous billing.

• One of ten board members for the Centre for Marine CNG (later Petroforma), a research, development, testing, and consulting center providing innovative technology development in all aspects of marine compressed natural gas (CNG) and other off-shore natural gas monetization approaches.• Developed proposals to the Canadian government that when awarded, established and funded the Centre. Provided guidance for early target markets, services/capabilities, and potential customers.

Created a business plan and developed a commercialization strategy for a company in which GTI was an owner. • Led a project to develop and validate a ship-board compressed natural gas storage system intended for use in large-scale transport of off-shore natural gas resources. This successful sub-scale demonstration helped secure additional investment funding for the client.• Authored over 20 papers on hydrogen safety, hydrogen fueling performance and economics, on-site hydrogen production, fuel cell system development, small fuel cell economics, and compressed gas storage technology and economics. Presented at over a dozen national conferences on similar topics as above.
