Coordinating all incoming orders is the most important task in my work. From taking the purchase orders, checking the stock, possibly having the requested products produced to arranging the transports with all the administrative operations involved. I am also responsible for answering or forwarding all questions from our customers, organizing and sending sample shipments, invoicing sales orders and supporting our account managers.Because I have to deal with every department in our company like our production plants, quality department, financial department and of course our customers I see myself in the center of the web.
