-Mapped the MRO procurement process across departments and applied lean methodology to create a standardized process for purchasing and data collection to allow for the creation and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).-Utilized data from SAP and vendor analyses to construct an Excel based total cost of ownership (TCO) model to determine the optimal procurement strategy for each MRO commodity category.-Presented the findings to Disney Worldwide Sourcing & Procurement executives; with an implementation plan for the new procurement processes; and an analysis of the cost savings that would be achieved.

Developed and executed a market research project to obtain business intelligence regarding the current trends and future growth opportunities for the outsourcing of laboratory services in the biotech, pharmaceutical, and diagnostic industries. The project involved over 25 market research interviews with high level decision makers at customer facilities to attain their perceived value of outsourced services. The interview data was then validated by a comprehensive market reseach survey. The information was then analyzed and utilized in the formulation of a strategic roadmap for the future.
