Served as Technology manager for Documentum Enterprise Document Management, Captiva Document Capture and Amdocs Clarify CRM technology groups. Led and mentored technology platforms and independent teams of developers and analysts. Directed 3-4 technology platforms. Assigned CRM system and implemented migration to Service Now and compliance tracking system. Designed new architecture platform and strategies to migrate Legg Mason’s document DBMS repository from Sybase/EMC Xtender to Documentum’s .NET Intranet based architecture running on UDB, MSSQL. Devised new architecture platform and strategies to migrate Legg Mason’s compliance jukebox optical disk storage repository to EMC SAN Compliance Lock running on EMC Disk Xtender. Achieved successful data migration from Sybase DBMS, consisting of more than 500 million documents, to MS SQL Server, converting from binary stored images to PDF. Completed the migration to EMC SAN Compliance lock running on EMC Disk Xtender storing PDF documents on SAN devices equaling 5.5Tb.
