As a personal development mentor I currently mentor first year apprentices at 10 different football clubs in the EFL (English Football League) and have played an integral part in both the design and delivery of League Football Education’s (LFE) hugely successful personal development programme. My journey began with LFE in December 2018 when I was invited.
