Secondary to retention calls I would receive numerous wrong department calls which I would try to resolve such as general queries and minor technological issues that I could resolve without transferring the customer to enhance their experience with the company.Represent my department at weekly and monthly meetings with regards to the internal knowledge management systems. The purpose of these meetings was to discuss ways of improving the service for my department and give feedback from my colleagues on how they would like to see improvements.
