About Mark Robson

Along with my Partners, Brian Gahan and Kerry Shapansky, we created LEAP Strategy Partners, a panel-based CEO advisory firm. LEAP addresses the challenge CEOs face when trying to get CEO-level advice. We gather the expertise, wisdom, and insights from our Advisory Partners, all of whom are former or current CEOs, and make it available to active CEOs who need and benefit from them. My passion to help CEOs comes from the belief that if they can find the wiser path, it leads to more of everything---and that benefits themselves, shareholders, employees and customers. (don't read anything into the order)I have a diverse background: I've been an actuary at Mercer, strategy consultant at Oliver Wyman, a licensed broker at Marsh and Global Client Manager. I've focused on innovation, risk, value measurement, systems development, automation, and coding (APL anybody?). My clients have been in a wide range of industries - from mining to financial institutions and everything in between (and beyond). I've worked for private, public and quasi government organizations. While the bulk of my time as been in an advisory role, I've also worked inside a corporation.When I'm not working on LEAP, I hang out with my four kids or enjoy a coffee while listening to music on my hi-fi with my life partner.
