I've spoken to hundreds of executives about their data quality and the impact it has on their revenue. Every once in awhile I meet someone who just gets it. They see the elephant in the living room, too. Mark knew what I know. All roads lead to the data. I can tell when I see that little twinkle in their eye the first time the word "data" is uttered in our mutual presence. Mark had that twinkle. From what I saw the Lyceum caompnies very lucky were to have been acquired by an organization like Lyceum with a guy like Mark Rogerson on point.
