Managed Atlanta, GA & Philadelphia, PA portfolio consisting of four Class A office towers and one Flex complex totaling 2.6 million square feet. Responsibilities included tenant relations, lease administration, contract services, engineering and preventive maintenance programs, building emergency and life safety procedures, supervision of five direct reports with a staff of sixty and budgeting and financial reporting for operating budgets totaling $22.2 million and $36.4 million of capital projects.

Managed portfolio consisting of twelve-story office tower and three-story trade/data center, totaling 363,000 sq. ft. Responsibilities included tenant relations, lease administration, contract services, engineering and preventive maintenance programs, budgeting and financial reporting for a $3.5 million operating budget, building emergency and life safety procedures, and supervision of 15 on-site personnel.

Served as Project Manager for projects totaling $3.1M. Developed space plans; selected interior finishes and constructed office space. Selected, ordered and managed the installation of furniture. Managed BellSouth Advertising & Publishing Corporation’s (BAPCO) Security, Environmental and Building Manager policies and BAPCO’s corporate disaster recovery procedures for all facilities.Handled all facility maintenance and support services for BAPCO’s corporate headquarters. Negotiated leasing and purchase of headquarters building assets. Established bidder qualifications, prepared bid documents and awarded contracts for building maintenance, house services, building security and construction projects.
