Mark Roll is trained in chemistry and biochemistry with emphasis in chemical product development.  He holds numerous US and foreign patents in solid state acid catalysis of light hydrocarbons. His expertise includes management of various businesses, including organic chemicals, inorganic chemicals and metals, and engineering thermoplastics. He has been an innovator in the field of decision science and innovation management for over four decades. Mark is a recognized leader internationally in innovation and management systems. He has served in a range of positions including senior research chemist, technical service and development project leader, senior manager in marketing and product management, and global marketing manager for a syngas power generation technology.  As vice president of a privately held chemical firm, he managed the profit and loss of 12 major product groups, tripling the profits of that portfolio in less than five years. Mark is a member of the American Chemical Council, the National Petrochemical and Refiners Association, the Independent Lubricant and Manufacturers Association, and the Southwest Chemical Association.
