I was approached to undertake an initial 6 month contract with Insignia in their Line 2 Risk team as a part of a risk transformation program. In this role I am the stream lead for:1. A data cleansing and migration program of work. In this role I have drafted the target operating model, overarching strategy, project plan, set-up the governance regime and Agile scrum framework and soon to commence implementation for over 30k records, mapping of 700 fields for migration data to a new risk system.2. A new Regulatory Engagement Framework and Refreshed Risk Appetite Statement – including setting-up and implementation of governance regime; presentation and reporting to Steering and Executive Committees; development and sign-off of change management artefacts (e.g process maps, accountability guides, business readiness dashboards, briefing packs, FAQs etc), drafting closure memo’s for risk auditing; drafting Delivered Risk Memorandums; designing and leading the process to embed the new Regulatory Engagement Framework into Insignia to ensure seamless engagement with the regulators and to embed a process to ensure key stakeholders adhere to their roles and responsibilities, to align with the new Risk Appetite Statement tolerance measures and metrics.

Workstream lead responsible for setting-up and implementing the following to uplift GROW to on-board over 1 million new super fund members:1. Risk, Compliance & Financial Crime stream, including developing Target Operating Model, drafting policy & SOPs & associated gap analysis, developing CPS230 framework & implementation approach, drafting change management approach to adopt regulatory changes, drafting regulatory reporting approach, setting-up governance regime together with reviewing and conducting workshops to negotiate client financial crime business rules.2. Reporting stream (incl ~400 reports), including developing scope and implementation plans, setting-up governance regime and chairing client discovery workshops.3. Complaints Management stream, including contract drafting and negotiation with new SaaS vendor, setting-up and chairing technical discovery workshops to on-board new vendor and drafting implementation plans.4. Finance, Tax & Investments stream, developing implementation plans & governance regime, drafting approach for a new direct debit build an impact analysis.5. Correspondence stream – negotiating scope for mailhouse vendor, drafting go-live approach for development & release of digital forms and letters together with undertaking planning and governance activities.The delivery of the above was undertaken through an agile delivery using Jira & Confluence.

I was approached by Alpha FMC management consulting for a 6 month contract to lead the vendor and contracts project stream of work, for suppliers of new investment management products and services to Aware. In this role I finalised the project stream governance framework and artefacts; managed direct relationships with suppliers and compliance with CPS230 regulations; drafted and negotiated contracts; undertook contract reviews for multiple business units; drafted SteerCo presentations and developed and applied a range of strategies to finalise contracts, while minimising risk and costs for Tier 1 and below suppliers.

Lead for the Product, Underwriting and Customer Experience workstreams, which included designing and implementing:• Business operating models for newly divested Underwriting and Product business units.• Tri-party governance model for product development and distribution between CBA and divested GI business.• A Net Promoter Score (NPS) function to ensure NPS data is successfully captured and reported between CBA and the divested GI business.• A new insurance product staff discount regime by developing a pricing matrix and technology operating model.• The discovery and uplift of marketing collateral for new branding and collateral for the new divested GI business.

Transitional Services Agreement lead for:• Drafting, negotiation and finalisation of the Transitional Services Agreement (incl 40 contract schedules and price book), working closely with in-house counsel and three tier 1 law firms.• Developed and chaired the governance regime and created detailed reporting for CBA senior management, CBA/CFS boards and global Private Equity buyer.

Workstream lead for Commercial, Product & Marketing responsible for the development and implementation of:• Commercial division operating model incl Product, Distribution, Customer Experience & Marketing, Reporting, Operations and IPO Referral functions.• Cash & Margin Lending model including detailed process mapping, developing showcases and ensuring all IT systems are implemented.• New product function incl people capability, policy suite, SOPs, product mix, collateral and governance framework.• New IPO referral and economic research process.• Cutover User Acceptance Testing activities.In addition I also:• Developed the Legal & Governance, Risk Management and Vendor & Contracts workstreams.• Was the lead for the development and implementation for a KYC refresh for 10k back book clients.

Worked across a variety of workstreams and lead responsible for:• Payment of banking benefits to divested 1,200 staff.• Discovery, valuation and legal transfer of global intellectual property from CBA to CFSGAM.• Drafting, negotiation and sign-off for legal framework between CFSGAM & CFS for Admin Services Agreement, Investment Management Agreements and Transitional & Distribution Deeds.• Development of Vendor & Contracts stream which included a scope of over 300 contracts.

Senior Project Manager in the finance workstream involving:• Design and implementation of bulk migration approach for open purchase orders.• Drafting and finalising policies & SOPs.• Review and negotiate contract novations.

Commercial Project lead for:• Global roll-out for new regulatory regime across legal, policy, sales, payments and finance and involved extensive liaison between domestic and global divisions and industry groups.• Launch of new payments product for travel agent partnerships with Qantas.

• Lead Institutional Account Manager for CommInsure and Colonial First State for investment of over $50bn in funds across all asset classes.• Project lead for developing new operating arrangements, procedures and reporting mechanisms between CBA retail and institutional funds management business for the rationalisation of 110 funds valued at over $100bn.• Designed and implemented a new investment management agreement process to capture, validate and monitor contractual obligation for institutional clients.
