I am excited to help with site logistics coordination for the team. All subcontractor deliveries are arranged on a common calendar I oversee. Whenever and wherever new construction occurs, site logistics must be coordinated and arranged for maximum efficiency. It is wise to select a representative to interface and identify all subcontractors, affected adjacent businesses and/or buildings in, around, or next to active construction zones. This liaison is the point of contact for all inquiries throughout the entire project, and remains available to the subs and the community as a direct link to convey information clearly between the construction team and the impacted community businesses and residents. I will also assist with the unique needs associated with a given job site--primarily the development of SDOT-approved pedestrian and vehicle traffic control plans, and materials delivery logistics, and labor management.

I loved the wide array of skills I got to demonstrate daily with MRJ. I felt like the proverbial Jack of all Trades as buildings came into being and interesting, site-specific chores emerged.

I started a masonry and design company on Bainbridge Island last month. I am juggling two clients now that will take me into the Spring with pavers and major hardscape remodeling, and veneer work on a first floor of a home.

I began working here in the afternoons as the Lead After School KK Teacher this month. I love working with children directly again. The group of kids is creative and fun, and my wife works in the same building.

I worked at physical therapy office on Bainbridge Island, as a receptionist and physical therapist's aide for a year.

In Pennsylvania, I was working as a freelance mason at Spoutwood Farms, in Glen Rock, PA, and as an on-call massage therapist for the region. (PA does not require certification). I had also been working as a Mental Health Worker for nearly half a year, at Hoffman Homes for Youth, in Gettysburg.Since October, I've returned to Bainbridge Island, WA to work as a house sitter and caretaker for six months, and I have been taking freelance masonry projects across the island since I've come back. My clients are gained mostly by word of mouth.

Residential services staff are responsible for the care, supervision, and monitoring of the children 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Daily interactions between children and staff are used to build relationships, trust, and respect. Skills acquired through formal education, experience, on-the-job training, and ongoing in-service seminars enable residential services staff to provide the highest quality of care.

Unloaders transfer pallets from trucks to an automated induction process at the largest automated grocery warehouse in the world. As a MOD Loads Coordinator, I operated pallet jacks (double and single), electric forklifts, and managed a small group of MOD load generalists, specialized in customized pallets for Costco stores in a fast paced, fully computerized environment.

I worked closely with Robin Hanway, a design and build landscape architect (ASLA) on Bainbridge Island, WA. I helped to design several custom masonry solutions for clients and was encouraged to be creative and thrived under her tutelage.I miss the Zone 8 climate!

I volunteered my time as a sound engineer for most of the CUUC's Sunday services in 2008. I was responsible for sound equipment set up and take down. I adjusted the levels for each service, according to the acoustical needs each week, and I recorded the services for the church's archives. I also worked on the Board of Trustees for nearly a year, as a Member-at-Large. It was a challenging and enjoyable position.

I worked as a TEFL instructor for the Peace Corps in Mongolia. I extended my standard service beyond June of 2005 to become a trainer. Munkhjin and I co-developed the first training program for Community & Youth Development volunteers (M16s) in the country.Together we trained the first 9 CYD PCV trainees of Mongolia.
