S’Shaada Endurance Arabians is owned and operated by Saasha and Mark Grogan in the scenic Mary Valley Region of SE Queensland. With the combination of easy going trails as well as extremely testing mountains, our country is ideal for the breeding and training of top quality endurance performance horses. Our aim is to produce world class endurance athletes of which we would like to see competing around the World for Australia in the not too distant future. Somerville/iSNet are the Australian Independent Schools Cloud Provider of Choice.My role at Somerville has primarily been as the lead Microsoft Architect providing solutions for customers to optimise and remediate their Active Directory and Exchange Messaging Infrastructures for both on and off premise hosting, whether in the Somerville Cloud Core, or Microsoft Azure as well as assisting with the design and migration to Office 365 in enterprise scenarios.

Providing Technical Presales, High level engineering skills and Project Management in a national role for Synergy Plus Limited.Prior to this, I was a Systems Engineer for Coretech who were acquired by ComputerCORP (now Synergy Plus) in 2008.My role at Coretech/Synergy was primarily as a QLD based Engineer with a heavy involvement and understanding of the Education Market. Across my 8 years, I have installed numerous Infrastructures into both Public and Private Colleges based on the Coretech developed "Corebuild.NET" model and developed a very high understanding of the challenges and needs of Education clients.

Fulfilled the role of Technical Support Officer reporting to the ICT Co-Ordinator.Provided End User support and basic network administration services on a Novell Netware 5.x based infrastructure.During this phase, assisted with the migration from NDS to a Windows 2000 Active Directory infrastructure inc. Exchange 2000.Additional technical support duties performed inc Workstation Management through Imaging, Centralised Application Deployment using Group Policies and generic maintenance tasks.This position was my entry into an IT Career.
