My primary role was to make the desk more automated, smoother, and improve the reporting to clients.2019-2021 was all about data engineering. I worked as a school teacher at a variety of schools in Queens and Brooklyn, with grades ranging from 5th through 12th, and covering a wide range of regents.My favorite memory of these roles was when I was teaching Algebra to ninth-grade private school students who nearly all failed their eighth grade math classes. I had to start with the absolute basics; adding decimals and basic fractions. We literally started with fourth grade math topics!I had to get really creative agenda-wise, but in the end I got every student passionate about math and willing to push themselves to succeed. By the end of the year they were all performing above expectations; only one student failed the math regent that year!!
