Worked daily with all employees in the dealership to ensure the ultimate success of selling quality vehicles properly to customers in a professional environment and then making sure the Customer, the Loan, and the Car all survived the entire term. It involved every aspect of the selling process in a secondary market from the meet and greet, to sale, to underwriting, to contracting, to owner follow up and finally to collections.

During my tenure, we were a publicly held company with over 300 employees. Job duties ranged from recruitment, to complete prospective employee background checks, to new employee orientation and benefits enrollment, all aspects of training, working with workers compensation issues, employee layoffs and firings decisions along with any fallout that comes with those issues. Being a publicly held company, HR audits were routinely given and were always in order.Keeping the company Benefit Package up to date on content and cost was monitored annually by my department. We were creative in the different avenues used to find potential employees.My department was responsible for planning and putting on our annual Presidents Club / General Manager's conference and for raising from three fourths to almost 100 percent of the cost from our vendors.
