Integrated Collections events with Cashbox and Salesforce, allowing for payments to be made to accounts, account suspensions, cancellations and reactivations. Improved the existing Collections rules engine by implementing rules for account cancellable collection events and account non-cancellable collections events. Implemented threshold based rules, amount in arrears and length of time in arrears, to promote account non-cancellable collections to account cancellable collections.As an Architect for a Subscriber CRM/Billing System, developed REST services used for CRM and Billing. Designed and developed REST services for account management, transaction queries and payment method management. As an Architect / Developer developed front end web applications for payment method management that integrate with Salesforce. Implemented control protocols approved for PCI-DSS.
