Reporting to the Digital Working Director, responsible for building the Modern Workplace Service offerings to help clients introduce new, modern, ways of digital working, cloud-based services and supporting the move towards being a Digital Operation. Brought in to help build up the Infrastructure Services Practice. Was the third member of the team and within 18 months had grown to 15 consultants and revenue of over £12m. Completed several Data Centre Consolidation programs. Also involved in business transformation, including the introduction of a rules-based Guided Configuration Tool to reduce the time to configure solutions and improve the accuracy of contracts which resulted in an increase in profitability and customer satisfaction.
