Lead Project Manager on high exposure initiatives within the Risk and Control function of Business Infrastructure Integration, initially focused on the delivery of the Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) onboarding for every in scope application across the bank. Tasks involved hosting weekly forums (with supporting PowerPoint slides and minutes) to ensure delivery of the tool is completed in alignment with the target dates set out and managing and acting as an escalation point to the different LOB representatives. Target of 40% of all high-risk applications to be migrated in 2016 achieved, finishing at 51% for the year and presenting the project to Managing Directors in the yearly review. 2017 Target of 83% reached in July, migration currently at 93% of all Corporate Technology applications.• Appointed Lead Project Manager on the newly formed Application Security Remediation pillar of initiatives in January 2017, covering 5 key controls across the pillar: Database Activity Monitoring, Application Code Scanning, Vendor Application Code Scanning, Application Penetration Testing and Internal Vulnerability Testing.
